Rootz (has it's own website in Dutch)- Open 11am-22pm. This is a great Belgian restaurant with a huge choice of beers! I've died and gone to heaven ...... It's the only Belgian restaurant I know of in the Hague. They'll even suggest a beer choice with your food. I prefer the winter menu to the summer menu.
