Kho Pha-Ngan 8th - 13th Dec 2004
We left Ao Nang for our transfer. It was a looong day. One minibus, 2 coaches and an hours wait before we finally caught the ferry. The last coach driver was slow and looked like he'd never driven a coach before... We didn't get to the bungalow until about 9pm. The bungalow itself is a bit small but with airco ? The toilet & shower is partially open to the air and is the only bathroom in the world where I've been afraid of getting a suntan! We did a days exploring on a moped with a very small engine (well Patrick kept moaning about the amount of power between his legs....... ;-) We spent a lot of time climbing up to find a waterfall but that was just a trickle too. We did just miss the monsoon month of November though.
